"Good Repair and Honest Service"
I got my phone screen fixed here and overall had a good experience. The screen looks clean, the touch works like it should, and I haven’t noticed any weird spots or issues. It did take a little longer than they originally told me, which was a bit annoying, but the guy was polite and actually explained what was going on. I respect that, if something runs late, just being honest about it is the right thing to do. The price felt fair too. I’d go back if I needed another repair.

"Order was right, but I expected clearer updates"
I ordered a replacement battery and it ended up being exactly the one I selected online, so no issues there. Pickup was quick too, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because the confirmation email took longer than I expected, and I was hoping the instructions or next steps would be a little clearer while I waited.

"I stopped in to get my watch battery..."
I stopped in to get my watch battery replaced, and it was super easy... the guy at the counter took it right away and had it done in maybe 10 minutes.
The price seemed fair, and my watch is working again, so no complaints. I’ve been to Batteries Plus a few times now, and it’s always been simple... which I appreciate.

"Easy to Book, Wish I’d Done It Sooner"
Booking my appointment on Batteries Plus was really simple. I just picked the store, chose a time that worked for me, and got the confirmation right away. No confusing steps or anything weird. I was kind of annoyed with myself for putting it off, because I didn’t even have to call anyone to set it up. It was quick, easy, and worked exactly like it should.

"Pretty easy experience overall"
I had a good experience with Batteries Plus. I ordered online for something I needed and had a question along the way, and someone got back to me quickly. They kept me updated too, so I wasn’t just sitting around wondering what was going on. After I picked it up, they even followed up to make sure everything was okay. It was all simple, but that kind of stuff makes a difference. I’d use batteriesplus again...

I stopped into Batteries Plus because my car had been acting a little weird, and I couldn’t tell if it was the battery or something else (cars always seem to pick the worst time to be mysterious).
They tested it right there and walked me through what the numbers meant in plain English, which I really appreciated. Turns out the battery was weak, but not completely dead yet (so at least I wasn’t imagining things).
What I liked most was that they didn’t pressure me to buy anything on the spot. They just gave me the info, explained my options, and let me decide. It was a quick, easy visit, and I’d definitely go back.

I checked batteriesplus first, then stopped by the store to make sure I was picking up the right battery. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and explained the differences in a way that didn’t feel overly complicated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because checkout took a little longer than I expected. Overall though, good experience and I’d use them again.

"Convenient, but that’s about it"
It’s super close to my house and right by work, so it’s an easy stop when I need something quick. that’s the main reason I go. It’s convenient, but I wouldn’t say there’s anything especially great about it.

Well... I brought in a bag of old batteries and they took them without any issue. The staff was friendly and pointed me to exactly where everything needed to go. It was quick, no hassle, and no long wait. I’m just glad there’s a nearby place that actually handles this stuff properly

"Surprisingly, the coupon actually worked"
I used a coupon on batteriesplus.com and expected it to be one of those annoying codes that either doesn’t apply or makes you jump through hoops. But it went through at checkout without any errors or weird extra steps. I only saved a few bucks, so nothing huge, but at least it actually worked and didn’t waste my time

I went in to get my key fob programmed, and after a short wait they got it working just fine. I’ll admit I was kind of expecting them to find some extra issue or try to talk me into paying more, but that didn’t happen. The price seemed fair, and the staff was friendly enough. I really appreciate that Batteries Plus has hours that actually fit around a normal day. I got off work later than planned, still had my coffee cup rolling around in the cup holder, and was able to stop in without feeling like I was racing the clock.
The store was open when the website said it would be, which sounds like a small thing, but it makes a difference. I grabbed what I needed, didn’t have to wander around forever, and was back in my car quick. Super convenient.

"Clean and Easy Stop"
I stopped in to grab a battery, i was kind of surprised by how clean the place was. The shelves were neat, the floors looked good, and nothing felt messy or dusty. I don’t know, it just made the whole stop feel easier somehow. You can tell they actually keep up with the store, which I definitely appreciate

I ordered a replacement battery and, it showed up faster than I expected. The tracking was straightforward, and the box arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain about the shipping itself. That said, I’ve had enough sketchy delivery experiences lately that I don’t fully trust things until they’re actually in my hands. This one worked out fine, though, and I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Super quick and easy phone repair"
I dropped my phone off thinking I’d be without it for most of the day, which I was already kind of dreading, but somehow they had it fixed in about an hour. Like, I barely had time to settle into waiting mode. The staff was really nice too, super straightforward, no confusing runaround or anything. Just a really easy, no-hassle experience, and I left happy with how fast everything was
