"got screwed at BEST BUY on lap top…"
got screwed at BEST BUY on lap top charger. They recommend trying Batteries PLUS Blubs The Salesmen Double check charger & found the rite one VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICES& PRICE NORTHGATE STORE

"Beyond Grateful"
Since October 29, 2020, I was unable to use the mobile hotspot feature on my cell phone. I contacted T-Mobile customer service multiple times, I even went to 2 of their stores and they were unable to fix/diagnose the problem. They did however, try selling me another phone! Frustrated, today, I went to the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on 4 Street N, St. Petersburg, FL. I spoke with a young man named Brian who, out of the goodness of his heart, was able to in a minute or two, figure out the problem was the mobile hotspot setting. Plus, he fixed it. OMG. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so very much for your kindness Brian.
